how do i care for an original pastel painting?
Your original pastel artwork will arrive in an archival clear sleeve. To protect the art from smudges and dust its best to keep it in the sleeve until it is ready to go into its frame. Pastel needs to be framed under glass. Most of my originals are standard sizes so you can pop them into a ready-made plein air frame if you like. To protect it from humidity, your framed painting will want to be hung out of direct sun, and away from a steamy shower. Because pastel is pure pigment, you don't need to worry about it fading over time. It will maintain its vibrancy for generations to come.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
There is a 15% restocking fee for cancellations on both originals and prints. For print orders, cancellations can be made before the print production process has begun. Please contact us immediately here if you wish to cancel your order.Can I return my order?
Original Artwork Return Policy: We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us here with your order number and a brief description of what's going on. We'll contact you to see how we can help. Original artwork may be returned within 10 days in its original condition and packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee on any original art order returned or cancelled. If you wish to make a return, please contact us and we'll send you a shipping label with the appropriate insurance included. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.Art Prints Return Policy: Print sales are final. We will provide a no-charge replacement or refund for any quality issues or any items damaged in shipping. We may request to have the order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times range from 2-9 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Prints and Frames: Yes, these can be shipped internationally. International print orders may be subject to local import taxes or tariffs. Please be aware you will be responsible for any customs fee or tariff that may be charged as your parcel(s) enters your Country.Originals: Original art can only be shipped within the Continental US.
