High quality pastel on archival Pastelmat paper. Soft pastel has amazing rich color because it is pure pigment with just a little bit of binder. This means  the color will not fade, even over many years. Pastel artwork does need to be framed under glass to protect it from the elements. This original artwork comes unframed, so you save a ton on shipping and can work with your local frame shop to customize just the right look to fit your space.  Most originals are standard sizes so you can pop them into a ready-made plein air frame if you like. 

 

Every effort has been made to show an accurate representation of the original. Colors you see may vary based on your screen. Since the camera can't capture the detail and richness of the pastel pigment layers the way your eye can, you will likely be happily surprised when you see this piece in person.
